Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Upon dispatch and confirmation of delivery, we cannot be held liable for any stolen or lost packages. For inquiries or concerns, please reach out directly to the delivery carrier.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for any packages that are stolen or lost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Sedux Studio LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return and Refund Policy:

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Refunds are not applicable for any training sessions or services provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seduxpro.com with details and pictures of the product.

Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including pigments, cartridges, numbing, machines, and opened products.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
