Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using seduxpro.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Sedux Studio LLC, doing business as Sedux Pro (“Sedux Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit our Site, purchase products, access content, or otherwise use the products and services offered by Sedux Pro.

By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products or services.

Eligibility & consent

By using the Site or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise legally authorized to enter into this agreement and make the applicable purchase.

You agree to use our Site and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Professional products & intended use

Sedux Pro provides professional beauty and permanent makeup (“PMU”) products, tools, equipment, and supplies. Certain products are intended specifically for use by trained, licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified professionals.

It is your responsibility to determine whether you have the education, training, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and other qualifications required to purchase or use a product in your jurisdiction.

Laws and regulations surrounding permanent makeup, tattooing, cosmetic procedures, pigments, topical products, sanitation, and professional beauty services vary by location.

Purchasing a product from Sedux Pro does not qualify, certify, or authorize you to perform any procedure.

You are responsible for following all product instructions, safety and sanitation protocols, applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards when using our products.

Product information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products, including product colors, specifications, dimensions, photographs, and other information.

Actual appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or packaging updates.

Product descriptions, packaging, specifications, availability, and other details may occasionally change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time as permitted by law.

Results may vary

Any product results, healed results, photographs, demonstrations, testimonials, educational examples, or other results shown by Sedux Pro are examples only.

Results may vary depending on the artist's technique and experience, equipment, product selection, client skin characteristics, healing, aftercare, and other individual circumstances.

Sedux Pro does not guarantee that you or your clients will achieve the same or similar results.

Orders & purchases

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address when reasonably necessary.

We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, policy abuse, unauthorized resale, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable canceled amount will be refunded.

Billing & payment information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information for all purchases.

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout, including your selected products, quantities, shipping address, and payment information.

Payments may be processed through Shopify or independent third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Pricing, promotions & availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers, sales, discount codes, bundles, gifts with purchase, and other special offers may have additional conditions presented at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or end promotions as permitted by law.

Errors & inaccuracies

Occasionally, our Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, transit estimates, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information as permitted by law.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Sedux Pro is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control or for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable law.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.

Due to the hygienic nature of professional beauty products, opened or used products are generally final sale.

Certain products, including pigments, cartridges, numbing products, PMU machines, and other items identified in our policy, may be non-returnable.

Please review our complete return and refund terms before purchasing.

Machine warranty

Eligible PMU machines purchased directly from Sedux Pro include our 6-month limited replacement warranty, subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects and other non-user-related issues.

It does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or lost or stolen products.

Approved warranty claims are eligible for replacement or replacement parts according to the applicable warranty terms and are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Intellectual property

The Sedux Pro Site and original content created or owned by Sedux Studio LLC—including our branding, logos, product photography, graphics, videos, written content, product descriptions, educational materials, manuals, workbooks, illustrations, course content, and original designs—are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing one of our products, courses, trainings, or other offerings does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Unless you have received prior written permission from Sedux Pro, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, teach from, commercially exploit, or represent our proprietary content as your own.

Educational content & trainings

Sedux Pro and Sedux Studio LLC may provide courses, trainings, workshops, demonstrations, manuals, videos, guides, and other educational content.

Educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not guarantee certification, licensing, income, clientele, business success, or any particular professional result unless expressly stated otherwise.

Students and professionals remain responsible for complying with licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, bloodborne pathogen requirements, insurance requirements, and scope-of-practice rules applicable to them.

Trainings, events, courses, and other educational programs may be subject to separate deposit, cancellation, transfer, attendance, and refund terms provided at enrollment.

Reviews, photos & submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, testimonial, photograph, video, feedback, or other material to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

Submitted content may not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Any commercial or promotional use by Sedux Pro of customer-created photos, videos, or testimonials will be subject to the permissions you provide and applicable law.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

Sedux Pro does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or policies.

Fraud, disputes & chargebacks

We reserve the right to investigate transactions or claims involving suspected fraud, unauthorized purchases, return abuse, warranty abuse, promotional abuse, or other misuse of our policies.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact info@seduxpro.com so we can review the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights legally available to you through your financial institution or applicable consumer protection laws.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Sedux Pro may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including order information, transaction records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and applicable policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for an express written warranty provided by Sedux Pro and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, its content, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that our Site will always operate uninterrupted or error-free or that the use of a product will produce a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sedux Studio LLC, Sedux Pro, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site, Services, products, or educational materials.

Sedux Pro is not responsible for injuries, complications, adverse results, or damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized use, failure to follow product instructions, insufficient professional training, or failure to comply with applicable laws or professional standards.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sedux Studio LLC, Sedux Pro, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our products or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Your submission and our processing of personal information through the Site are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
